Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Eligible for Return

Items eligible for return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:

  1. Damaged or defective items upon arrival.
  2. Incorrect size or color received.
  3. Within 30 days of receipt for original, unopened, or never-used products.

Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Items beyond the 30-day warranty period.
  2. Items that have been opened or lightly used.

Standard Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@upandalign.com to initiate the return process with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. If you meet criteria for return, we will email you back with shipping label. You have to download and print it.
  3. Carefully package the item, ensuring it is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Regarding return shipping costs, customers do not need to bear the return costs, and the shipping costs will be refunded to customers when the refund is made.

There is no restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@upandalign.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at support@upandalign.com with your order number and details of the exchange request. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
