  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

  • Which countries are served and what are the shipping costs?

We ship worldwide and we offer flat shipping rate of £9.90 for all orders to all countries.

  • What is the return policy?

We have 14 days return policy. That means If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days after receiving your item.

Remember that you must contact us first for returning the product for eligible for the return.

  • How long is the processing period?

Our processing time is 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
