Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning items purchased from Upandalign.com.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

All returns must be shipped by mail. We do not accept in-person returns or drop-off location returns.

There is no Restocking Fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product. We’ll review the case and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your current item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled only if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped.

To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@upandalign.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned outside the return window
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions listed above
