Order Cut-off
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (GMT) will enter our fulfilment queue the same working day. Any orders received after that time will be processed on the following working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 6–9 working days (Monday to Friday) for delivery:

- Processing Time: 1–2 working days
- Transit Time: 5–7 working days after dispatch
- Total Delivery Time: 6-9 working days (Monday – Friday)

- Processing Time: 1–2 working days
- Transit Time: 3–12 working days post-dispatch
- Total Delivery Time: 4-14 working days (Monday – Friday)
Shipping Costs
- Free Delivery for all orders within the United Kingdom or overseas.

- We ship via Royal Mail within United Kingdom or carrier-paid service for other countries.

Missing or Incomplete Deliveries
- If any items are missing from your package, please contact our team. We’ll resolve the issue by either replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations

After shipment: We are unable to cancel or make changes.

Once your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before sending it back.
Do not return the item until our customer service team confirms the issue. Please follow steps below:

Step 2:
Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
Step 3:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 working days.
