All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable international and local carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and local postal services, depending on your location.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@upandalign.com with your order details.

We will contact the courier to investigate and will provide either a replacement or a refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

For orders delivered within Malaysia, any applicable taxes are included or calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

For orders shipped outside Malaysia, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Upandalign does not control these charges and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

If your parcel is held by customs, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe. Please contact your local customs office for further information about possible import charges.
