Return Shipping

You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@upandalign.com.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for size or color variations, subject to availability.

Order Changes & Cancellations
